⌛Time it takes to read this article: < 1 point新年の間に実施した二つのDIYをご紹介します。 【 ドアノブ交換 】 寝室のドアノブが壊れたので、楽天からドアノブを購入し交換しました。 最初は業者に依頼しようかと思いましたが、新年早々、２万円位近くの出費は痛いので、自分で直す事にしました。 購入したドアノブは、少し小ぶりでしたが、取り付けは無事成功しました。 しかし、金具のストライクは、残念ながら小さ過ぎたため、現在の金具をそのまま使う事にしました。 これで、送料を含め、約4,000円の出費で済みました。 【 シリコン・コーキング 】 私のマンションで去年実施された大規模修繕工事のアルミサッシ交換の影響で結露が激しくなりました。 そのアルミサッシ下端のシリコン・コーキング部分が薄く、結露が目立つため、ホームセンターで買ってきた工具（コーキングガン、マスキングテープ）を使用し、シリコン・コーキングを増強しました。 マスキングテープを剥がした時に塗装が剥げたので、後で塗装もやり直す予定です。 相変わらず結露は発生していますが、前よりは改善した感じはします。
