Oden and banana

Well, the unpleasant hay fever season has arrived. According to the results of a study conducted by the University of Tsukuba under contract from the Japan Banana Importers Association, eating bananas has a certain effect on improving the symptoms. Bananas are said to have anti-allergic properties. Is it true? ? As a test, last night I bought a banana at the Lawson 100 convenience store and ate one. It certainly seems like my symptoms have improved a little. It might just be a placebo effect as planned by the Japan Banana Importers Association, but I think I'll try it out for a while. By the way, it is recommended to eat two pieces per day. After all, I wonder if it's the kind of pot that a banana vendor wants. (^_^;)
