We have already announced at the following news URL, but recently we have modified the system so that this site can be browsed from mobile devices.
In the process, when accessing from a mobile terminal, the problem that the counter value of the access counter increased too much was revealed, so the cgi program of the access counter was also modified.
This program was developed and debugged on a separate server.
I did not want to make the process heavy, so I did it with a simple method, but basically it is a method that generates a time stamp file and processes it using one IP address and the current time from the epoch time.
The program is modified so that the counter value is not incremented when accessed from the same IP address for a certain period of time.
Other modifications include ``front-page.php'', which is the program for the front page of this site, and ``header.php'', which is the theme program for the plug-in ``ktai-style'' that supports mobile devices.

By the way, this cgi program is designed to manage multiple counters, so we plan to modify the program to control the time stamp for each counter tomorrow.

To work with the plugin WP Super Cache, you must place ktai_style/patch-supercache-ktaistyle.php in the plugins directory of WP Super Cache, and then select "Legacy Page Caching" in its settings. Today, in an experiment, we modified the program to make the plugin "ktai-style" work with WordPress 7.1, and confirmed its operation.
However goo Mobile Site Viewer could not view this site.
Upon closer inspection, feature phone in the old days used an old encrypted server certificate called SHA-1 (currently the sha-2 hash method is the mainstream) that guarantees the safety of the website.
Apparently, core servers that support the latest TLS 1.3 do not sign security-vulnerable SHA-1 certificates. Depending on the model, it is also unclear whether the browser is compatible with the latest TLS (TLS 1.2 or higher is required as a minimum requirement) in the first place.
Therefore, it is virtually impossible to view most of the SSL sites on the old Garake, and in order to reduce the load on the server, we decided that it would be better not to support Garake. Removed "ktai-style" and gave up support for Garage.
