⌛Time it takes to read this article: < 1 minutesLast updated: March 22, 2015 at 8:54 AM I put up an ADSL modem that I no longer need after switching to an optical line on Yahoo! Auctions. I think it will sell well because I added various accessories, but I wonder how it will turn out! ? Yahoo Auctions! - NTT East ADSL modem-MS5 (fully working, in good condition)

Meat Potato

⌛Time it takes to read this article: < 1 minutesLast updated: March 14, 2015 at 8:01 AM Today's appetizer at the restaurant is ``Niku-Jaga''. Speaking of meat and potatoes, it is a staple of Japanese home cooking and is a staple of momo. I'm not sure when it started being recognized as a "mom's taste", but for your reference, I've included my recipe below. ■ Ingredients: Beef, potatoes, onions, carrots, garlic slices (one piece), shirataki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, Hidaka kelp (stock) ■ Seasonings: Sake (or red wine), mirin, soy sauce, sugar, chicken stock stock ■ Method: (1) Stir-fry sliced onions, carrots, and garlic in a pot until fragrant. (2) Place beef, potatoes, and shimeji mushrooms in a pot and stir-fry lightly. (3) Put the shiitake mushrooms (several pieces), kelp (about 3 pieces), and shirataki mushrooms (cut into appropriate lengths with scissors) into a pot, then add the sake, mirin, and water. (4) Once it boils, add soy sauce and sugar to the pot. (5) Remove the lye floating in the pot. (6) After removing the lye, put the lid on. (7) After 15 minutes or more, the water is drained and the potatoes and carrots are cooked.

Fried noodles

⌛Time it takes to read this article: < 1 minutesLast updated: March 14, 2015 at 8:02 AM For dinner tonight, I made ``yakisoba'' with the leftovers in the fridge because I didn't have any money. Meat is expensive, so I use ketchup as a secret ingredient in the kamaboko I buy at Lawson 100. The cost is approximately 50 yen. It's delicious, nutritious, and cheaper than convenience store cup noodles, so this might be a good idea. ;-)

Omurice

⌛Time it takes to read this article: < 1 minutesLast updated: March 14, 2015 at 8:03 AM I had a lot of leftover eggs in the fridge, so this morning I made omelet rice with the leftover ingredients in the fridge to reduce the need for eggs. (*^_^*) Omelet rice seems to be a uniquely Japanese dish, not a Western dish. (^_-)

Filing a tax return

⌛Time it takes to read this article: < 1 minutesLast updated: May 29, 2015 at 12:09 AM Today, I submitted my 2014 tax return (blue) to the Hiratsuka Tax Office. Until three years ago, I was filing as a corporation (limited company), so it was difficult to submit because there were so many documents. However, starting the following year, by switching to filing as a sole proprietor, the documents to be submitted became simpler, and all I had to do was submit financial statements and blue tax returns using PC accounting software, making tax work much easier. If you were a corporation, you would have to pay at least 70,000 yen in corporate inhabitant tax even if your business was in the red, and you were also required to take inventory and report assets, which was quite troublesome. If you are opening a small business, I recommend filing a blue tax return as a sole proprietorship rather than as a corporation. Although it is white, there is no special deduction of 650,000 yen for blue tax returns, so it is clearly a loss. On the other hand, if you choose blue, you will be required to submit financial statements, but if you know a little about accounting and can use accounting software, I think it would be easier to choose blue over white.
