This website is operated on a core server, but the current contract limits the allowable cpu load factor to 125%.
When access is concentrated and the load on the server exceeds the limit, the above "500 Internal Server Error" was displayed so far while running PHP 7.1 (FastCGI version).
With this, since it was considered a system failure by the user and there was a risk of confusion, we treated this error the same as HTTP503 and changed the server settings to display the Japanese error screen as follows.
