70 years of loving fruits and being loved by the local community
Bistro Sablier started as a fruit shop. In 1952, he founded the fruit shop ``Imano'' in Kayabacho, Nihonbashi. This store, which is still open today, is used by many customers as a fruit store and fruit parlor. In 1984, the second floor, which had been a fruit parlor, was converted into a bistro. It has been renovated as a "fruit bistro" that combines seasonal fruits and French cuisine, and this is the birth of "Fruits Bistro SABLIER."

Head to Bistro Sablier

I took the A4 exit of Mitsukoshi-mae on the Ginza Line, turned right at the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank intersection, headed toward Edo Sakura-dori, and headed for Bistro Sablier.
After arriving, we were shown to a table on the second floor, and the owner immediately gave us an explanation of the course menu.

Enjoy Bistro Sablier's "Fruit Course (Dinner) A"

First, we ordered a sparkling wine for the aperitif of the 3-glass wine set, and the next two glasses were red wines from Bordeaux, France.
The appetizers are a tomato/passion fruit salad and yellowtail/plum jelly.
The 1st menu selection is "prosciutto/fig" pasta. The main dish is "Red sea bream/Mussel/Persimmon" and the second menu selection is "Kuroge Wagyu beef stew/Strawberry."
And the dessert is Shine Muscat Parfait and meringue & chocolate.
In addition, I also ordered blueberry and Dekopon vodka soda individually.

It was French cuisine that made use of fresh seasonal fruits, and although it was innovative, it had a luxurious feel, and it had an elegant taste and was very delicious. If it was a little more wallet-friendly, I could go there as many times as I wanted...

After dinner, go to the late show at Shinjuku Wald 9.

After the meal, we watched the movie "Joker 2 / Joker: Folie à Deux" (released in Japan from October 11th) on the late show at Shinjuku Wald 9.

It was a delicate piece that people had different opinions about, whether they found it interesting because Lady Gaga was in it, or whether they thought it was something a little different.

Next time, let's watch Gladiator 2 lol
