I applied for visa, but if you are using it to charge to e-money nanaco, i recommend JCB.
In my case, the old card Yahoo! Perhaps because I had a Japan Suica card, i passed the screening instantly.
I signed up on March 1st and then received my card on March 5th.
Following the instructions, the points of the old T card were integrated into the T-points of the new card on the Yahoo! administration page.
