For today's dinner, we had you take out the sauce yakisoba (mix) from "Yoshika", a shop specializing in okonomiyaki and yakisoba, which is considered one of the soul foods in Hiratsuka.
The thick noodles were tangled with a secret sauce and were very delicious with a juicy taste. Mixed sauce fried noodles include cabbage, shrimp, squid, pork, and a half-boiled fried egg.
When you eat at the shop, yakisoba comes out in large quantities on an iron plate and comes with soup, so the shop actually tastes better. (^ _-)
