Filing a tax return

Today, I submitted a tax return (blue) for fiscal 2014 to Hiratsuka Tax Office. Until three years ago, it was submitted by a corporation (limited company), so it was difficult because there were many documents to be submitted. However, from the following year, by switching to submission by a sole proprietor, the submitted documents became simple, and only the financial statement and the blue declaration form were put out with the accounting software of the PC, and the tax work became very easy. 昨日は、お店のお客さんと大磯港漁業組合が直営するレストラン「めしや大磯港」へ行って来ました。 お酒は、鬼カサゴのひれ酒を、酒の肴は、お刺身と煮魚、焼き魚を中心に頂きました。 因みに、同席した「めしや」のママさんは、いつも通りに赤ワインを飲まれていました。 ワインはポリフェノールの効果で花粉症に良いらしいです。ワインを飲み始めて、以来、花粉症に罹らなくなったそうです。それが本当なら、わざわざ病院から花粉症の薬を処方して貰う手間が省けますので、私も是非試して見ようと思います。 ... Read more »

Oden and banana

今日は、お店のお通しとして、「おでん」を作りました。 寒い日は、鍋物が良いですね。 さて、嫌な花粉症の季節がやってきました。 日本バナナ輸入組合からの受託研究で実施された筑波大学の研究結果によると、バナナを食べる事でその症状を改善する一定の効果があるそうです。 バナナには、抗アレルギー作用があるとの事。 本当かなぁ～！？ 試しに、昨夜、コンビニのローソン100でバナナを買って１本食べてみました。 確かに、少し症状が改善されたような気はします。 日本バナナ輸入組合の目論み通りのプラシーボ効果かもしれませんが... Read more »

Kikko's fried noodle

For today's dinner, we had you take out the sauce yakisoba (mix) of "Yoshika", a restaurant specializing in okonomiyaki and yakisoba, which is one of Hiratsuka's soul foods. The extra-thick noodles were entwined with a secret sauce, and the juicy taste was very delicious. The ingredients for mixed sauce yakisoba include cabbage, shrimp, squid, and pork, as well as a soft-boiled egg.
